RMTA Organizational Structure

RMTA is Colorado Non-Profit Corporation seeking 501(c)(6) status. The RMTA Board of Directors exercises or authorizes officers to execute all corporate powers, business and affairs of the Corporation.

Currently, operations and affairs coordinate via the RMTA Executive Committee, or REX. REX also serves as the Colorado Springs Chapter Steering Committee until additional Chapters are formed.

Each Chapter has three standing Chapter Committees: the Compass Committee, the Liason Committee, and the Education Committee. Sub-committes and non-standing committees are formed as needed.
