RMTA Organizational Structure

RMTA is Colorado Non-Profit Corporation with 501(c)(6) status. The RMTA Board of Directors Is comprised of directors appointed by each member state and an elected Chairperson.

Currently, operations and affairs coordinate via the RMTA Executive Committee, or REX. Five standing, functional committees report through the REX and carry out the operations of RMTA. These subcommittees or directed and supported by RMTA members throughout the Corridor.
