Complete Member Representative Profile
The Primary Member Representative and all other Representatives of the company or organization participating in RMTA activities must complete the Member Representative Profile. Information in the Profile will be available only to other Member Representatives to enable linking with those who might benefit the members. Forms may be completed online and either submitted electronically or mailed to RMTA.
